Last night was my roommate's welcome back from Israel Birthright Shabbat party. I love falafel, so I made it for the occasion. I used this recipe, except without the wheat flour. Homemade falafel is awesome!

Shabbat Falafel
Gisteraand was my kamermaat se welkom terug van Israel Birthright Shabbat partytjie. Ek is lief vir falafel, dus het ek dit vir die geleentheid gemaak. Ek het dié resep gebruik, behalwe sonder die koringmeel. Tuisgemaakte falafel is lekker!
