Tweede porsies / Second Helpings

Selfs al ry ek amper elke dag met my fiets werk toe, het ek nog steeds 'n probleem met my gewig. Wanneer ek aandete eet gaan ek gewoonlik vir tweede, of selfs derde porsies! Dit is 'n baie slegte gewoonte wat ek probeer om te breek, maar dit is moeilik. Gisteraand het ek fettuccine arrabiata gemaak, maar na die eerste bord kos het ek net 'n bietjie yoghurt en babawortels geƫet. Hopelik sal dit in 2011 'n nuwe gewoonte word!

Even though I bike to work nearly every day, I'm still having a problem with my weight. When I eat dinner, I usually go for second, or even third helpings! It's a bad habit that I'm trying to break, but it's hard. Last night, I made fettuccine arrabiata, but after the first plate of food I only ate a little yogurt and baby carrots. Hopefully this will become a new habit for 2011!
