Koreaanse styl eiers

Hier is 'n baie maklike resep vir Koreaanse styl eiers.

Baie dankie Ma!

Here's a very easy recipe for Korean-style eggs. It isn't a traditional one, but it's really good with authentic Korean banchan.

2 eggs
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
oil for frying

Mix everything well and fry over medium heat until the eggs are firm. Cut into strips and garnish with black sesame seeds. Serve with rice and banchan.

Clockwise from the top: dubu chorim from Woo Ri, kkaennip from my mother, pickled scallions from my mother, and kimchi from Woo Ri. Thanks, Mom!

Hoe sê jy "I have a lot of room for improvement" in Afrikaans?

Yup Just B., Google translator can be helpful, though it doesn't handle grammar very well. I also use:

http://www.rieme.co.za/woordeboek.asp
http://www.freelang.net/online/afrikaans.php
http://kirzen.com/

Between the four of them, I can usually find unfamiliar words. Kirzen.com has the added bonus of also providing a word's part of speech :).
